Hello everyone!
I am so sorry for my absence! It has been hard to get to a computer for enough time to write... I have been trying to get everything squared away for school with starts in a few days.
So... A LOT has happened since my last visit!
First of all... Christmas was WONDERFUL! It was simple and perfect! We spent the 23rd with my family for a little Christmas party at my moms. My sister and her husband were visiting Utah to spend the Holidays with her husnad's family. The five of us had dinner, exchanged gifts, and played games... it was a really fun night!
New years eve I spent getting the last few things together for presents, dinner, and so on. At one point I was out with my mom, who would be spending Christmas Eve with me and my in-laws, and when we got back to the house... my husband was waiting inside the door with a puppy

that had a big red bow wrapped around it's neck!!!! It was the cutest thing EVER!! As my mom and my husband's family all stood around I laughed, cried, and then tried to come up with a name! I wanted something that had to do with Christmas because of the time of year that I got him. With their help, we named him Rudolph, but we call him Rudy! The rest of the Holidays went on with just as much fun and love!
Unfortunately, the New Year HAS started of with a "bang"... but, it's not the kind we were hoping for. Yesterday, January 6th, I was headed to Utah County from Roosevelt to visit with my mom. Just after I passed Strawberry Resivoir I hit a patch of black Ice. My vehicle spun around 360 degrees, I hit a snow bank, and rolled my vehicle. Lucky, I am fine and so is Rudy!

I had my seat belt on and the snow cushioned the windows enough that none of them broke. Obviously there was damage done to the car... we had it towed and my husband left to come get me the minute I called him.
With this, I want to take a minute to say that I feel very grateful that nothing worse happened to me and I DO feel that there was a hand holding on to me. I know that my Heavenly Father was looking out for me yesterday and I am very thankful for His love.
I hope that you all had wonderful Holidays and I wish you the best Year to come!
